Mike is a seasoned leader and experienced executive with over thirty years experience in the food and health products industries. Previously, Mike served as a General Partner of Insight Holdings, where he worked closely with Insight’s portfolio companies to set strategic and operational objectives for the companies’ management teams to execute. Before that, Mike was COO of Insight Pharmaceuticals, where he increased sales by 550% through acquisitions and internal growth. As Vice President of Operations for Famous Amos Cookies, Inc., Mike grew sales from $6.3 million to over $110 million. Mike has a proven record of leading companies in a continuous cycle of innovation and growth. Mike combines his passion for excellence, and his strong sales and marketing experience to his leadership of Santa Cruz Nutritionals.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business from Winona State University, Minnesota.

Randy is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in corporations that range from fortune fifty to privately held consumer package goods companies. As Chief Financial Officer for Santa Cruz Nutritionals, he oversees all treasury, IT, accounting, and financial functions of the company. Prior to joining the team at Santa Cruz Nutritionals, Randy was Chief Financial Officer for the world’s leader in flower bulbs with retail sales at mass merchants and club stores throughout the United States. Randy started his career in 1986 with Monsanto in St. Louis, Mo. During his 12 years at Monsanto he worked in their chemical, agricultural, electronics, and corporate divisions.

Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Masters degree from the American Graduate School of International Management - Thunderbird.

As Executive Vice President of Sales and R&D, Doug oversees the company’s sales, customer service and R&D organizations. He has over twenty five years experience in the food and supplement industry.  A Santa Cruz Nutritionals veteran, he is responsible for the creation and leadership of the company’s very successful Contract Manufacturing sales organization.  Doug pioneered the nutraceutical and functional applications for the company, paving the way for the company’s current strategic direction.  While under the name Harmony Foods Corporation, he led all aspects of market planning and brand management for the company. Prior, Doug held marketing and sales positions for Sunkist Growers and Los Angeles Nut Brands.

Doug holds a B.A. in Economics from UCSC and a Masters Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management.
